Education Day-Bryant

The education day was another excellent leadership day. Doing the leadership challenge provided me with a knowledge of where others see my leadership strengths and weaknesses. Knowing what my weaknesses were this helped me to know what I should improve on. The panel discussion was a great way for leaders in education to tell us what it takes to become a leader in education. The etiquette lunch was very informal as I did not know some of the stuff taught. Touring the college and sitting in on the communications course gave me a peak at what college life is like. I cannot wait until our next day.
